Inspired by ingredients of the landscape, and only1.5 hrs from Sydney this little gem was one we just happened to stumble upon, and what a great find it was. Relaxed, delicious food created from local produce (livestock farms, dairy's, wild ingredients, vegetable growers, wineries), amaazingg coffee, stunning cosy fit out we were even lucky enough to score the fireplace table.

Recently I was invited to dine at an Indian inspired/spiced infused bar and restaurant in Brisbane, called Colour Me Flavour  Their modern take on fusion food is created based on recipes passed down from thousands of generations, combined with head Chef Eugene Lee's vision and expertise for his food craft.
